Mock Trials are a trial run, or technical rehearsal for trial. Both sides of your case, including exhibits and witnesses, are presented to a mock jury panel. Where the focus group provides important research, the mock trial is more in depth and structured and more closely resembles a real trial. Mock trials allow the attorneys to test out the developed themes and attorney’s performance and communication abilities. This allows you to more fully identify strengths and weaknesses of the materials, aids, witnesses, and arguments. The panel is divided into two groups to deliberate to verdict, and their feedback is analyzed and recorded. Mock trials are invaluable in assessing a more accurate view of your damages, the issues presented, the witnesses, and in confirming juror profiles and themes.
